Abstract: |
By X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, the chemical composition of the blast furnace returned powder were determined. The samples were made into vitreous bodies by the high temperature melting method and thus eliminate matrix interference. After sample melting condition, interference elements, instrument parameters, the way of curve fitting of working curve were experimentally investigated, the optimum analysis conditions are determined. Eight main ingredients in blast furnace returned powder including SiO2 were simultaneously determined. The method established in this paper has characteristics of high accuracy, fast speed and simultaneous determination, etc. |
