Abstract:
      The mineral element germanium in rice and by-product were analyzed. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the regression equation of the standard curve is A = 0.012 36 C +0.030 39 with the correlation coefficient r = 0.999 6. The linear range of determination is 0~7.2 μg/mL. The recovery is 98.5%~106.5% and the coefficient of variation is 1.57%. The results show that the content of germanium in rice, rice bran, rice straw, rice husk, rice leaf is 0.738 2 mg/g, 3.971 3 mg/g, 7.597 9 mg/g, 13.644 0 mg/g and 14.906 1mg/g, respectively.
