Abstract:
      High speed tool steel is a kind of high alloy tool steel with high carbon, it is difficult to be dissolved at room temperature. In this paper, by using microwave digestion improves digestion temperature and pressure, samples were full digested in hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid and aqua regia medium, by adding saturated boric acid solution complexation excess of hydrogen fluoride acid, and matrix matching to eliminate the influence of the iron matrix by ICP-AES method for simultaneous determination of manganese, phosphorus, copper, nickel,,chromium, vanadium content.. Determination of high speed tool steel standard, the measured value is consistent with the certified values. The precision of this method is in 0.55% ~ 4.06%,the recoveries were 95.6% ~ 114.8%. This method can meet the requirements of the measurement.
