Abstract: |
The extraction of formaldehyde in wheat flour is a complicated multi-factor problem. In this article, using orthogonal test method, choose L9 (34) orthogonal test table .From the extraction solvent, extraction temperature, extraction time and other factors and levels of select the best condition of oscillation extraction of formaldehyde wheat flour. Formaldehyde extraction experiments before using Nash reagent column high performance liquid chromatography method. The results show that temperature is the most important factor of formaldehyde extraction in wheat flour, the best extraction conditions for extracting temperature 30 ℃, extract for sodium sulfate, extracting time for 40 min.
