| Abstract: |
| The primary speciation analysis of the elements of Cu、 As、Cd、Hg and Pb in Zadi -5 pill was investigated by ICP-AES method. The results showed that the content of Pb and Cu in first decoction and second decoction was 0.25mg/kg, 0.53mg/kg respectively. As, Cd and Hg were not detected; The content of Pb is 0.02mg/kg and Cu is 0.37mg/kg in the artificial gastric juice . It turns out that heavy metals in zadi -5 decoction and artificial gastric juiceSwere lower than the nationalSstandard of Pharmacopoeia requirments. |
