Analysis of primary speciation of trace elements in Mongolian medicine Zadi -5 pill by ICP-AES method

Abstract:
      The primary speciation analysis of the elements of Al、Mn、Fe、Ni、Zn and Se in Zadi -5 pill was investigated by ICP-AES method. The results showed that the order of the contents of 6 elements in which Se was not detected; the total Mn extraction rate was the highest 21.95%, the total extraction rate of Fe was the lowest 7.66%. Particle highest adsorption rate was Zn 14.51%, followed by Mn 3.75%. The experimental data provided the certain reference for the relations between trace elements in Zadi -5 pill.
