Abstract:
      A new method for determination of Nb、Sn、Fe and Cr in N18 alloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established. The determined conditions such as the sample pre-treatment method, the matrix and the analytical lines were discussed in this paper. It was showed that interferences were eliminated by using the matrix matching method and the experimental conditions were optimal. The proposed method has been applied to determine the Nb、Sn、Fe and Cr in N18 alloy, the determination results were consistent with those obtained by chemical method. The recovery was 96.7%~101.0%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=11) were less than 3.0 %.
