Abstract:
A new method for the determination of Nb, Sn, Fe and Cr in N18 alloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established. Analytical conditions such as preparations of sample solutions, the matrix interference and the analytical lines selection, etc, were discussed. The interferences were eliminated by using the matrix matching method and the experimental conditions were optimized. The proposed method has been applied to determine the contents of Nb, Sn, Fe and Cr in N18 alloy, and the determination results were consistent with those obtained by chemical analysis method. The recovery was 96.7%~101.0%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=11) were less than 3.0 %.
