Abstract: |
A method for the determination of citric acid and citrate in Snack foods by Ion Chromatography is studied in this paper. The results show that the citrate linear equation is y=0.0499x-0.0174 and linear correlation coefficient is 0.9982 in the range of 1.0μg/mL ~ 20.0μg/mL. The method detection limit is 0.015μg/mL and the recoveries are 96.9% to 101.6%. This method is simple, fast and has the advantage of good reproducibilit |
