Abstract:
      Lead content in Spirulina was measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with GB/T 5009.12—2010 as the reference. The results showed that the linear relationship of lead was good(R=0.999 5). The method had been verified by analyzing the national standard reference material (GBW 10025) and the analytical results were in agreement with the certified value. The recovery was over 92%. The importance of removing acid in the process of sample pre-treatment and the selection of matrix modifier were also verified. The proposed method was convenient,reliable and accurate for determining lead content in Spirulina.
