Abstract: |
A method for the determination of Al, Cu, Fe, Si, Ni, Pb and Cd in Zinc-Aluminum-Copper alloy (ZnAl6Cu1) by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopywas established. Analysis condition of each element was discussed. The influences of sample preparation method and storage time on aluminum counting rate were investigated. The detection limits of trace elements and the accuracies and precisions of primary and secondary elements in ZnAl6Cu1 were obtained under the optimum conditions. The results showed that thedetection limit of each trace element can satisfy the requirements of the standard methods. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) for aluminum, copper and iron were in the range of 2.1%~5.9%. The quantitative analytical results for each component by this method are consistent with those obtained by national standard method. |
