Abstract: |
Developments in simultaneous determination of Si, Sn, Al, Na, P, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mg, Fe 13 elements in leaves of tartary buckwheat using ICP-AES. Analytical spectral lines were study and optimized. The recovery of each element of leaves of tartary buckwheat was in the range from 94.11%~102.387%.The values of relative standards are in the range from 0.90%~2.6%. Values of detection limit (3S/N) found for the 13 elements were in the range from 0.18~9.41 μg/L. The results showed that the contents of major elements and trace elements in the leaves of tartary buckwheat, including Ca, Mg, P, Fe, Mn, K and Sn etc., were relative high. This method was simple,convenient,quick and accurate. |
