Abstract: |
Based on non-ionic surface active agent TritonX-100, the research combines cloud point extraction and spectrofluorimetry to determinate the phenol in water. The various influencing factors are investigated. The research finds the optimized conditions are as follows: conducted in pH3.0 the potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution, the dosage of TritonX-100 5% is 2.0mL, the equilibrium temperature is 82℃, the equilibrium time is 8 min. Under the optimum experimental conditions, phenol is extracted by TritonX-100 surfactant phase and aqueous phase. |
