| Abstract: |
| A method for the determination of Pd in Hydrocodone Bitartrate bulk drug by ICP-MS was established in this work．The samples were pretreated by microwave-assisted digestion method and the contents of Pd were determined by ICP-MS under the optimized conditions. The detection limit was 0. 002 9 μg/L with 94.90% ~ 103.4% recovery. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 3%. This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate for the determination of trace Pd in Hydrocodone Bitartrate bulk drugs, and it is also promising in simultaneously determining the contents of other heavy metals in similar chemical bulk drugs. |
