Abstract:
A rapid and accurate method for the determination of multiple elements in Mongolian Medicine Bateri was developed. The contents of 17 kinds of major and minor elements and heavy metal elements were simultaneously measured by ICP-AES, and the recovery experiments were also carried out. The results indicated that Ca, P and K had high concentrations, the nutrient elements such as Fe and Mg were rich in Mongolian Medicine Bateri, and the contents of every heavy metal element, such as Pb and Cd were lower than those obtained in national standards of Bateri. The average recovery rate of each element was 95.8%-103.1% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.7%-3.3%. The method is accurate and reliable, and is suitable for simultaneous determination of multiple elements in Mongolian Medicine Bateri.
