Abstract:
The concentrations of nine elements, including arsenic, antimony, bismuth, copper, zinc, magnesium, aluminum, iron and cadmium inleadconcentrate samplesweredeterminedby inductively coupled plasma opticalemission spectrometry(ICP-OES)after the samples were digested withmixtures of nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid. The measurement rangesfor As, Sb, Bi, Cu, Zn, Mg, Al, Fe and Cd were 0.01%-1.50%,0.01%-10.0%, 0.03%-5.00%,0.50%-10.0%,2.00%-10.0%,0.30%-2.00%,0.50%-3.00%,5.00%-12.0%and 0.030%-0.20%, respectively. The recoveries were 90%- 104%(n=3). This method is fast and simple, and was proved to be suitablefor simultaneous determination of As, Sb, Bi, Cu, Zn, Mg, Al, Fe and Cdin leadconcentrate samples.
