Abstract:
      A new method for simultaneous determination of 19 elements (Cr, Ni, Cd, Pb, and As, ect.) in fish feed was established by ICP-AES together with sample wet digestion method. Under optimized conditions, the correlation coefficients of the calibration curves for all analyzed elements were over 0.999, the standard addition recovery was in the range of 90.74% to 107.0%, and the relative standard deviation was between 0.48% and 9.7%. The national standard material GBW07602(GSV-1) was used to validate the method. The result was consistent with the standard value.The method is simple, quick, accurate, reliable, and suitable for the routine analysis of fish feed.
