| Abstract: |
| A method was established to analyze sulfate in estuary by ion chromatography. The samples were injected after filtration by 0.45 μm membrane and dilution. Good linear responses were obtained with a little matrix inference. The detection limit for sulfate was 0.03mg/L. The relative recoveries were from 95.0% to 99.5%, with the RSD of 2.0% ～ 2.5%(n=6), respectively. The proposed method is easy, efficient, and provides lower limit of detection. The method is highly accurate and specially suitable for the large quantities of samples. |
