Detection of 7 kinds of anion in water sample by conductance-ultraviolet combined ion chromatography

Abstract:
      F-,Cl-,NO2-,Br-,NO3-,I- and SO42- in water were detected by conductance-ultraviolet ion chromatography at the same time。Sample was separated by TSK gel guard column Suppe IC-Anion HS guard column and TSK gel Suppe IC-Anion HS separation column,2.0 mmol/LNaHCO3-3.0 mmol/Na2CO3 was selected as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.5mL/min,column temperature was 40℃,Inhibitory conductance-ultraviolet combined detector was adopted in the detection。F-,Cl-, Br-,and SO42- were detected by conductance detector, NO2-,NO3- and I- were detected by ultraviolet detector. 7 kinds of anion has wide linear rang, the correlation coefficients greater than 0.9990. Drinking pure water and seawater were elected as authentic samples for testing and standard addition recovery test.The addition recovery were between 93.8%~109.2%,RSD (N=6) were found in the range of 1.28%~5.72%。This method has a lot of advantages,such as fast anlysis speed,low detection limit,good precision, etc. It is very practicability and popularization in our reality works.
