| Abstract: |
| The certified reference materials (CRMs) of titanium ore and ilmenite concentrate for chemical analysis and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry were developed. Samplesweretakenfrom different local and foreign representative mining sites. Multi-stage crushing and three-dimensional mechanical mixing process was adopted toprepare homogenized CRMs. For sixteen elements present in CRMs,standard values withuncertaintywereverified using standard analysis methods which shows good analytical stability of samples in the working line. These CRMs filled the gaps of national and international standard materials for XRF spectrometry and have been approved as national CRMs by State General Administration of P.R.China and Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China. |
