| Abstract: |
| A rapid and efficient method has been developed for preparation and determination of 10 kinds of aromatic amines derived from azo dyes in textiles by in-cell-cleanup ASE coupled with GC-MS. The aromatic amines were obtained from azo dyes subjected to REDOX reaction under high temperature and high pressure conditions in the cell, then the extractions were cleanup by diatomaceous earth materials in the extraction cell. 10 aromatic amines showed good linearity in the range of 0.5~90 mg/L with the LOD of 1.2~4.6 mg/kg. The recoveries of 10 aromatic amines ranged from 82.6% to 96.3% with RSD of 1.8%~4.7%. |
