Abstract:
High rubidium ore and mixed flux are mixed well in accordance with a certain mass ratio. The samples are prepared in the prototype. The mixed flux is made up of four lithium borate + lithium meta borate + lithium fluoride in a certain proportion. A series of different oxidation is prepared by the dilution of the quality of the national standard material or the addition of pure substance. For example, the content of rubidium oxide is directly tested by X fluorescence spectrometer. The analysis method has a wide range of detection range, from 0.01% to 5%, the precision RSD reached 1.50%, the national first class standard accuracy is high, while the standard samples are less required, and the preparation of the calibration curve through a certain standard material can also overcome the effect of the matrix effect. This method is suitable for the analysis of the quantity and type of rare mineral reference materials。
