Abstract:
A method for the determination of sulfur in uranium trioxide (UO3) was established. The negative and positive ions in UO3 samples were separated by D001 cation exchange resin, The subboiling water was used to balanced chromatographic column and rinsed the solution .The content of sulfur elements was determined by ICP-OES. Under the experimental conditions, the detection limit of sulfur element is 0.24 μg/mL, the recovery rate is between 91.47% ~ 98.49%, and the relative standard deviations of detection results was 3.07% and 3.15% respectively.
