Abstract:
The direct mercury analyzer - soil reference material drawing working curve method was used to determine mercury in soil. The sample did not need pretreatment, which reduced the systematic error and matrix interference. The correlation coefficients of low and high concentration standard curves drawn by this method are 0.9999 and 0.9997, respectively. The method can accurately determine samples with mercury content in the range of 0-300ng. It has high accuracy, good reproducibility and stability, and its precision is less than 2.2%. It meets the requirements of soil detection and is suitable for the detection of large quantities of soil samples.
