Abstract:
A novel method was established for the analysis of 10 kinds of heavy metals elements in Sipunculus nudus by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Sipunculus nudus were digested by sealed high pressure digestion with HNO3-H2O2. The results showed that the detection limits were 0.05~3.4μg/kg, and relative standard deviation (RSD, n=3) were less than 4%. The heavy metals elements behaved linearly in the wide range of 0.05-100μg/L with the correlation coefficients more than 0.999. The proposed method was applied to the determination of reference samples(GBW10050) with satisfactory results. This method was sensisitive, recurrent and accurate, which could be used for the determinationg of sipunculus nudus.
