Abstract: |
A Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometry (ICP-OES) Method by alkaline has been developed to determine hexavalent chromium in soil. The samples of soil was digested by aodium carbonate (Na2CO3) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH). Add magnesium chloride (MgCl2) and dipotassium phosphate -dipotassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution, digestion of hexavalent chromium by 90-95℃ digestion. The hexavalent chromium content was determinted by ICP-OES. Under the optimum analytical conditions of spectrometer, the detection limit and reliable quantitation limit of this method were 0.24 mg/kg and 0.96 mg/kg, and the recovery rates were in the range of 99.6- 104.1%, the relative standard deviation of actual sample was 2.53-7.48%. The method is sample, accurate and stable, and suitable for determination of hexavalent chromium in soil. |
