Abstract: |
Traditional Na2EDTA titration method is used to determine tin anode slime, when the content of indium is greater than 0.2mg,the test solution is difficult to determine the titration end point. This paper mainly discusses the determination of bismuth in tin anode slime by Na2EDTA titration. This paper mainly discusses, the bismuth content is affected, when the content of indium is more than 0.2mg; The complexation behavior of indium under three titration conditions is discussed; The titration conditions of bismuth were optimized, and it was demonstrated that different contents of indium standard solution were added into 10.00mg, 20.00mg, 30.00mg and 40.00mg bismuth standard solution. In addition, different contents of indium were added to the actual tin anode slime sample YTXN-7, and two calculation methods were discussed. Experiments show that, Experiments show that, titrate with Na2EDTA standard titration solution until the red color of the test solution just disappears, heat the test solution to 70℃- 80℃, by adjusting the pH value of the test solution to 1.5-1.7, and continue titrating, the complexometric titration of bismuth and indium can be completed; When the amount of indium is between 1.00mg and 2.00mg, the method 2th experimental data is better. |
