Abstract:
      The main factors influencing the determination of manganese content in manganese slag by perchloric acid oxidation ammonium ferrous sulfate titration were studied. The H3PO4 was used for sample decomposition, by controlling the proportion of sample quality and phosphoric acid content, the optimum solution temperature and time were determined, the influence of cooling time on the test results was discussed, the interference of coexisting ions was analyzed. A method for the determination of manganese in manganese slag by ammonium ferrous sulfate titration was established, the method was used to analyze the reference materials and samples of manganese slag, the accuracy and precision of the method can meet the analysis requirements of manganese content in manganese slag.
