Determination of Chloridion and Sulfate Ion Content in Nadroparin Calcium by Ion Chromatography

Abstract:
      To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chloridion and sulfate ion content in Nadroparin Calcium by Ion Chromatography with suppression conductivity detector. A strong anion exchange column was used, with 3mmol/L sodium carbonate solution as mobile phase, amd the flow rate was 2.0mL/min, the column temperature was 30℃, and the injection volume was 25μL. The results show that the chloridion and sulfate had a good calibration linear ship in the range of 1 ~20μg/mL, The linear equation of chloridion was y=0.1314x-0.0081, R2=0.9999; and the linear equation of sulfate was y=0.123x-0.0098, R2= 0.9998. The mean recovery of chloridion and sulfate ion were 101.40% and 101.26% respectively. Detection limits was 0.01μg/mL. This method has the benefits of easy operation, good linear range,and low detection limit. It can be used as the quality control method of chloridion and sulfate ion in Nadroparin Calcium.
