Abstract:
A method for the determination of lead, copper, iron, cadmium, tin and aluminum in zinc precipitated from hydrometallurgy was studied by means of direct reading spectrometer after stamping and demoulding of punch, high temperature melting of muffle furnace, mold casting and lathe cutting. Through experiments, the working conditions of the instrument, the vessel for melting sample, the temperature of molten sample, and the sampling position of precipitated zinc were confirmed. The segregation of lead, copper, iron, cadmium, tin and aluminum in the precipitated zinc was analyzed. The method of direct reading spectrometric method to determine the content of lead, copper, iron, cadmium, tin and aluminum in precipitated zinc was proposed. After application, the analysis results can be quickly issued to guide the production.
