| Abstract: |
| The determination of Li,Be,Sc,V,Cr,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ge,Mo,Cd,Ba,La,Ce,W,Tl,Pb,Th,U in samples dissolved with phosphoric acid and dissolved in aqua regia was studied. The acid system, the mode of ICP-MS and the best working condition of the instrument was determined. Rh was used as internal standard to correct the drift of the instrument. By selecting several stream sediments, the standard curve was made by dissolving the national first-class reference material with the sample, remove the uncertainty error. Eight kinds of soil reference materials were selected as experimental samples, the results showed that the accuracy of the method (ΔlgC) was less than 0.1, the precision (RSD) was less than 8%, the method is feasible. |
