| Abstract: |
| in this paper, loaded polysaccharide (modified activated carbon) were prepared with different activated carbon. the loading rate of the polysaccharide was determined by phenol sulfate method. the standard curve regression equation was Y=0.005906 X 0.1234(r =0.9998), the RSD was 0.7%, the linear range was 5~50.0 mg/L respectively, and the highest loading rate of the shell activated carbon polysaccharide was 65.71%. lead in sewage was removed with use self-made loaded polysaccharides, Using methyl thymol blue as chromogenic agent, Spectrophotometric determination of lead adsorption rate, The conditions are, Room temperature, wavelength 610 nm、 methanol as sensitizer, pH 6, chromogenic agent dosage 1.5 mg/L, 50 min, reaction time The standard curve regression equation of the method is Y=0.0682 X 0.1825(r =0.9999), Linear range 0~8.0 mg/L. Detection limit 0.2mg/L, The recovery rate was 96.8%~102.3%,RSD为0.39%~3.2%,respectively,Interference with coexisting ions. Results the adsorption rate of different loaded polysaccharides on lead ion were different, in which the maximum adsorption rate of coconut shell activated carbon loaded polysaccharides on lead was 28.61%, which was 16.08% higher than that of activated carbon. The adsorption rate of lead ions can be obviously improved by loading polysaccharides in activated carbon. This study provides a basis for removing lead from actual sewage. |
