| Abstract: |
| through the experimental factors of drying temperature, drying time, sample weighing amount and combustion supporting material adding amount of sludge samples with different calorific value, the test conditions of sludge calorific value were optimized, and the problem of sludge sample test with low calorific value was solved. The results show that: after drying at 105 ℃ for 6h, the wet sludge sample is grinded for 40s with a grinder, 1.0g of the grinded sludge sample is weighed and fully burned in an oxygen bomb filled with 3.0MPa oxygen, and the test results are accurate and stable; For the sludge samples with calorific value lower than 7.0 MJ / kg, the accurate calorific value can be obtained by adding 0.2 g benzoic acid reference material to assist combustion. |
