Abstract:
Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy and test efficiency of the graphite furnace atomic absorption determination of Cd and Pb in soil samples, the conditions of sample pretreatment and instrument testing were optimized, Determine the ratio of nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and perchloric acid when digesting samples with a low-temperature electric heating plate and the method of reconstitution, as well as the heating program, sample and matrix modifier for the determination of Cd and Pb by using Haiguang GGX-920 graphite furnace atomic absorption. Using the selected method conditions, the soil standard material GBW07403 and GBW07449 water system sediment GBW07309 were measured 6 times. The relative standard deviation of the measured value Cd: RSD: 2.49%~4.67%, the relative error RE: -2.31% ~ 2.22%, the measured value The relative standard deviation of Pb RSD: 1.98% ~ 2.54%, the relative error RE: -1.88% ~ 2.11%. The precision and accuracy of this method meet the standard requirements, and it is an accurate and fast detection method suitable for the detection of large quantities of environmental samples.
