Abstract: |
In order to find a method that can directly detect the heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicines, the method by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was established for the rapid determination of trace heavy metals such as cadmium, lead and copper in Chinese herbal medicines, and in this method the sample was pretreated by tablet pressing. The detection can be completed within 20 minutes, and the detection limits of cadmium, lead and copper are 0.072, 0.207 and 0.340 mg/kg respectively, compared with atomic absorption and ICP-MS, the data stability and accuracy are good, this method has the advantages of fast, accurate and simple, can meet the limit requirements of heavy metal elements in the pharmacopoeia, and is suitable for on-site rapid detection and quality control. |
