Abstract:
Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer is commonly used in the analysis and testing of inorganic elements in geological samples. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, low interference, wide linear range and good stability. In this paper, the characteristics of acid-dissolution, alkali melting and sintering digestion systems and the properties of digestion agents are reviewed for the determination of soil and rock samples by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry. The selection and application of external standard method, internal standard method and standard addition method in sample determination are analyzed in detail. The optimization measures of instrument conditions for sample testing are discussed, and the interference and correction of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrum are analyzed. Finally, the application and future development of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry in the determination of nonmetallic analytes in geological samples are prospected.
