中文摘要: 建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定直接法氧化锌中铝、铜、铅、铁、镉、锰元素含量的分析方法。确定了溶样方法和分析谱线,对方法精密度和准确度进行了考察,结果表明,各元素的相对标准偏差在1.1%~7.6%,加标回收率在92%~116%,测定结果与其它经典分析方法测定结果一致。所建立的方法准确、快速,适用于直接法氧化锌中多元素同时测定。
Abstract:A method for the determination of Al, Cu, Pb, Fe, Cd, Mn in zinc oxide produced by direct process by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry(ICP-OES) was established. Sample dissolution method was determined and analytical spectral lines were selected. Method precision and accuracy were tested. The results show that the relative standard deviation of each element is between 1.10% and 7.63% and standard addition recovery is between 92% and 116%. The determination results are consistent with those by other traditional analysis methods. The established method is accurate, fast and suitable for simultaneous determination of multi-element in zinc oxide produced by direct process.
