中文摘要: 市政污水处理厂污泥产量大,成本复杂,处置不当可能造成环境污染问题。污泥合理处理处置对于解决污泥污染问题至关重要。传统污泥处置方法如焚烧、填埋具有能耗高、造成土壤污染等缺点。无氧碳固定技术作为一种新型的污泥处置方式,表现出良好的应用前景。本研究采用无氧碳固定技术处理处置脱水污泥,通过热重分析评估工艺参数(碳化温度和时间)对污泥无氧碳固定程度的影响,探究工艺参数对污泥理化性质、养分指标、重金属含量及种子发芽指数等的影响。以种子发芽指数为评价指标,通过正交试验的极差分析法确定最佳工艺条件。结果表明,高碳化温度、长碳化时间是保证污泥无氧碳固定过程充分的关键。工艺参数对污泥特性的影响较大。通过有效调控碳化温度和时间,无氧碳固定污泥各项性能指标符合GBT23486-2009《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置园林绿化用泥质》标准,可用作园林绿化基质。最佳碳化温度和时间为600℃和1.5h,污泥无氧碳固定完全,污泥中溶解性盐、水溶性重金属等有毒有害物质含量低,有利于种子萌芽,种子发芽指数达138.79%,远高于国家产品质量标准(70%)。无氧碳固定处理、有效工艺参数调控,为污泥资源化利用提供了新的可能性。
Abstract:Municipal sewage treatment plants yield lots of sewage sludge and the sludge has complex composition. Improper disposal will cause environmental pollution problem. Proper sludge treatment is important to solve this problem. Traditional sludge disposal methods such as incineration and landfill have the drawbacks of high energy consumption and soil pollution problem. Anaerobic carbon fixation is a new sludge disposal method, which has good application prospect. This study adopted anaerobic carbon fixation to treat dried sludge. The thermogravimetric analysis was carried out to assess the effect of process parameters (carbonization temperature and time) on the degree of anaerobic carbon fixation of dried sludge. The influence of process parameters on the physicochemical properties, nutrient indicators, heavy metal content and seed germination index of sludge were investigated and the optimum process conditions were determined by extreme difference analysis of orthogonal tests, taking seed germination index as evaluation indicator. The results indicated that high carbonization temperature and long carbonization time were crucial to ensure that anaerobic carbon fixation of sludge fully completed. Process parameters had significant effects on the properties of sludge. Various performance indicators of sludge treated by anaerobic carbon fixation could meet the standard of municipal sewage treatment plant sludge disposal for landscaping purpose (GBT23486-2009), so the treated sludge could be used as landscaping substrate. The optimum carbonization temperature and time were determined as 600℃ and 1.5h, respectively. In this condition, sludge anaerobic carbon fixation fully completed and the content of toxic and harmful substances such as soluble salts and water-soluble heavy metals in treated sludge were low, which was conductive to seed germination. Seed germination index reached 138.79%, far higher than national production quality standard (70%). Anaerobic carbon fixation treatment and effective process parameters adjustment open up new possibility for sludge resource utilization.
