中文摘要: 磷石膏大量堆存容易对地下水、土壤造成环境污染,其中汞作为毒性最强的重金属之一,具有生物富集和持久的特点,危害生态系统及人类健康。因此,准确测定磷石膏中汞含量对其综合利用及周围环境风险评估具有重要意义。通过正交设计试验确定最佳仪器条件和不同方法比对验证,建立了DMA-80直接固体进样测定磷石膏中汞的快速方法。在高纯氧气负载下,磷石膏样品经250 oC干燥处理后,650 oC热分解90 s,汞被催化还原为单质汞并生成金汞齐合金,随后在900 oC条件下被迅速加热释放汞蒸气,于253.7 nm波长处冷原子吸收测定。方法在汞质量0.5~400 ng范围(长池0.1~25 ng、短池25~400 ng)建立相应标准曲线,相关系数均大于0.9995,方法检出限(LOD)为0.006 ng。通过对不同磷石膏样品的测定,相对标准偏差(RSD,n = 7)小于2.7%,加标回收率为91.6%~101.9%。采用该方法与GB/T 23349-2020原子荧光光谱法测定7家磷化工企业堆场的磷石膏样品,汞含量结果均在0.1~0.6 mg/kg范围内,测定数据经t检验无显著性差异(t = 0.019 < t 0.05, 12 = 2.179),两种方法测定结果基本一致。传统原子荧光光谱法在前处理阶段需采用湿法或微波消解,不仅酸试剂消耗量大、分析步骤长,且在消解过程中汞易挥发损失,可能导致最终结果的准确性与稳定性下降。而直接测汞仪法免化学消解,减少强酸试剂使用,7 min内自动完成单次测试,可准确、快速地批量测定工业废渣磷石膏中汞含量。
Abstract:Large-scale stacking of phosphogypsum (PG) poses potential environmental risks to groundwater and soil. Mercury (Hg), as one of the most toxic heavy metals, exhibits strong bioaccumulative and persistent characteristics, threatening ecosystems and human health. Therefore, accurate determination of Hg content in PG is critical for both the comprehensive utilization of PG and the assessment of its environmental risk. This study established a rapid method for direct solid sampling determination of Hg in PG using DMA-80 mercury analyzer, with optimal instrument conditions determined through orthogonal design experiments and method results validated by different method comparison. Under the high-purity oxygen atmosphere, PG samples were dried at 250 °C, thermally decomposed at 650 °C for 90 s, and the released mercury was catalytically reduced to elemental mercury, forming a gold amalgam. The amalgam was subsequently heated rapidly at 900 °C to release mercury vapor, which was measured by cold vapor atomic absorption at 253.7 nm. Calibration curves were established over Hg mass ranges of 0.5 ~ 400 ng (long detection cell: 0.1 ~ 25 ng, short detection cell: 25 ~ 400 ng) with r >0.9995. The method detection limit (LOD) was 0.006 ng. Relative standard deviations (RSD, n=7) for different samples were less than 2.7%, with the recoveries between 92.1% ~ 101.3%. The proposed method and the GB/T 23349-2020 atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) method were applied to determine Hg content in PG samples collected from seven phosphorus chemical enterprises. The concentrations of Hg were all in the range of 0.1 ~ 0.6 mg/kg. Statistical analysis by t-test showed no significant difference between the datasets (t = 0.019 < t 0.05, 12 = 2.179), indicating that the determination results of the two methods were essentially consistent. Traditional AFS method requires wet-acid or microwave digestion during the pretreatment stage, which not only consumes large amounts of acid reagents and involves lengthy analytical procedures, but also leads to Hg volatilization losses during digestion, potentially resulting in the compromised accuracy and stability of the analytical results. In contrast, the direct mercury analyzer method eliminates chemical digestion, reduces the use of strong acid reagents, and completes single-test analysis automatically within 7 minutes, enabling accurate and rapid batch determination of Hg in industrial waste residue PG.
