中文摘要: “中和+沉降+絮凝+一体化澄清”是目前处理火电厂脱硫废水的常用方法之一,主要副产物为脱硫污泥,属于固体废物,对脱硫污泥危险特性的正确分析关系后续处置利用与环保监管。以某火电厂烟气脱硫产生的脱硫污泥为对象,优化脱硫污泥取、制样步骤,开展典型理化特征分析,并对脱硫污泥腐蚀性、易燃性、反应性、急性毒性、浸出毒性、毒性物质含量等进行深入分析。结果表明,脱硫污泥不具有腐蚀性、易燃性、反应性、急性毒性、浸出毒性;脱硫污泥中检出了汞、砷、硒、铍、铅、镍、镉、钡、钴、锡、锌、氟和石油溶剂等毒性物质,但检测结果最大数值远低于GB 5085.3-2007限值要求,不具有毒性物质含量危险特性,综合判定该脱硫污泥不具有危险特性,不属于危险废物。通过风险评估进一步可认定该污泥为第II类一般工业固体废物,对土壤环境风险可控。该研究为脱硫污泥的进一步资源化利用提供技术支撑,促进我国循环经济发展和生态环境保护。
Abstract:The process of neutralization + sedimentation + flocculation + integrated clarification" is currently one of the commonly used methods for treating desulfurization wastewater from thermal power plants. The main by-product is desulfurization sludge, which belongs to solid waste. Accurate analysis of the hazardous characteristics of desulfurization sludge is crucial for subsequent disposal, utilization, and environmental protection supervision. Taking the desulfurization sludge generated from flue gas desulfurization in a thermal power plant as the subject, we optimized the sampling and sample preparation steps for desulfurization sludge, conducted typical physicochemical characteristic analysis, and performed in-depth analysis on the corrosivity, flammability, reactivity, acute toxicity, leaching toxicity, and toxic substance content of the desulfurization sludge. The results showed that the desulfurization sludge does not exhibit corrosivity, flammability, reactivity, acute toxicity, or leaching toxicity. Toxic substances such as mercury, arsenic, selenium, beryllium, lead, nickel, cadmium, barium, cobalt, tin, zinc, fluoride, and petroleum solvents were detected in the desulfurization sludge, but the maximum detected values were far below the limit requirements of GB 5085.3-2007, indicating no hazardous characteristic of toxic substance content. Based on comprehensive assessment, the desulfurization sludge does not exhibit hazardous characteristics and is not classified as hazardous waste. Through risk assessment, it can be further identified as Class II general industrial solid waste, with controllable risks to the soil environment. This study provides technical support for the further resource utilization of desulfurization sludge, promoting the development of China"s circular economy and ecological environment protection.
