| Abstract: |
| This paper simply described the evolution history of atomic fluorescence spectrometry instrument and also discussed in detail the development of exciting light source, quartz atomizer, vapor generation system and other aspects in China in the last more than thirty years. We also gave a comprehensive description on the development and application of multi-element determination, multi-function, multi-use, and speciation analysis, etc., which available in the newly developed atomic fluorescence spectrometry instruments. Finally, we gave an outlook on the future development of atomic fluorescence analysis. |
