Abstract:
Dissolving stainless steel samples with HCl-HNO3 mixed with acid, using yttrium as internal standard material, drawing working curves with standard samples, and measuring with icp-oes. Under the selected operating conditions, the stainless steel standard sample was measured according to the experimental method. Relative standard deviation (n = 11) element mass fraction within the range of 0.01 ~ 0.10%, RSD < 5%, mass fraction > 1%, RSD < 1%. The method is simple and rapid, and the precision and accuracy are all in line with the requirements. This method was used to analyze the content of silicon, manganese, phosphorus, chromium, nickel, molybdenum and copper in stainless steel samples with satisfactory results.
