Abstract:
Use X-ray fluorescence spectrometry testing the sulphur and fluorine with pressed powder preparation in geological samples. The paper verified the actual samples and reference materials by optimizing the particle sizes of the sample which influnce the analyze test results. The results shows that it is consistent between the reference value and the fixed value when the sample size is 85 microns, whose RSD is less than 2%. The method can realizes the rapid detection of sulphur and fluorine in geological samples, with its the advantages of better detection limit, high accuracy and wide test range, and ensuring the quality of sample analysis results.
