Abstract:
This article is based on geochemical sample analysis method Part 4: Determination of gold content Foam plastic enrichment-Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry[ 1] And ... On the basis of a large number of practices, this paper summarizes the roasting, dissolution, oscillating adsorption, reasonable control of release time, as well as some operational precautions in the process of sample analysis. Final determination of sample roasting time 1h(original method[ 1] 1 to 2 H), dissolution time 40 min(original method[ 1] 1 H), shock adsorption time 30 min(with the original method[ 1] Same,) Thiourea water bath release time 30 min(with the original method[ 1] Same). After testing and verifying the large number of experimental samples and the National gold standard materials, it is concluded that the appropriate optimization conditions can meet the analysis accuracy, precision and other quality control analysis requirements of most samples, and can improve the analysis efficiency. Especially for mass analysis tasks such as regional chemical Geological surveys. It can improve the analysis efficiency and reduce energy consumption on the basis of the same experimental equipment and staffing. This paper is based on the analysis method of geochemical samples Part 4: determination of gold content by foam enrichment-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry [1]. On the basis of a large number of practices, the reasonable control of sample roasting, sample dissolution, oscillating adsorption, release time and some operational precautions in sample analysis pretreatment are summarized. Finally, the sample roasting time is 1 h (original method [1] is 1-2 h), the sample dissolving time is 40 min (original method [1] is 1 h), the shock adsorption time is 30 min (same as original method [1]), and the thiourea water bath dissolution time is 30 min (same as original method [1]). The gold recovery rate is over 90% after verification of a large number of experimental samples and national first-class gold standard substances. On the basis of meeting the quality control of sample analysis accuracy and precision, the analysis time is saved and energy consumption is reduced. Especially for large-scale analysis tasks, such as regional chemical geological survey. On the basis of the same experimental equipment and staffing, the analysis efficiency can be improved and the energy consumption can be reduced.
